A native of East Texas, RJ built his foundation on the values of grit and relentless work ethic that define the state. His professional journey began with distinguished service in the U.S. Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan. This experience instilled in him a high-level command of discipline, "mission-first" accountability, and a sharp attention to detail—traits that now serve as the operational standard for every Brik LLC project.
Following his military service, RJ spent years funneling the complexities of commercial and residential construction, business operations, project management, and sales. This multifaceted career gave him a unique vantage point on the industry, allowing him to identify exactly where traditional contractors often fall short for the customer. He founded Brik LLC to bridge those gaps, combining technical expertise with a transparent, service-oriented approach.
As a co-founder, RJ is driven by a commitment to his neighbors and the local community. For him, the work is about more than just construction; it is about providing reliable, high-quality solutions backed by a veteran’s word. He ensures that every client receives an installation rooted in integrity, executed with the precision of a professional who believes in doing the job "the right way, the first time."

Born and raised in Texas, Devin built his career on a foundation of technical mastery and an uncompromising work ethic. Before co-founding Brik, he spent years as a technician working on high-performance supercars—an environment where "close enough" doesn't exist. Operating at the highest level of automotive luxury, he developed a specialized command of precision, quality control, and the mechanical discipline required to handle elite assets with zero margin for error.
Devin brings that same "high-performance" mindset to every home. He understands that a client’s property is their most significant investment, and he approaches every installation with a primary focus on safety and structural integrity. His background in complex, high-stakes technical work ensures that every project is executed efficiently and without risk of damage to the property.
As a cornerstone of the Brik team, Devin is dedicated to the "right way, the first time" philosophy.
